Why “Red Buffalo”?
Much of the content on this site was photographed in the watershed of the Red River, along the border of Minnesota and North Dakota and its tributary, the Buffalo River in Minneosta. Flyover country, as it's often called. This is a more interesting landscape than that. And it's been great training in looking, seeing and making compelling imagery where it doesn't seem likely.
I make prints and folios of the images posted to the site. Folios are collections of eight to ten prints, unbound in a heavy stock cover, that can viewed and enjoyed as a book, or framed if you’d like to view them on a wall.
